George was a huge contributor in the
restoration of the Palm House in Sefton Park
to its former glory, as seen above.


At this spring's Chelsea Flower show, there is going to be a special garden
in dedication to George Harrison, designed buy Yvone Innes, and Olivia Harrison
and sponsored by The Material World Charitable Foundation. The garden is named
From Life to Life and will represent George's life in four sections. Using various
types of plants, and other decorationsStarting from is childhood in Liverpool,
to the Psycadelic 60's, to his more mature gardening days, and finally to his
spiritual life. The Chelsea Flower show dates from May 20th to the 24th and
takes place at the Royal Hospital in Chelsea London. George's Garden
Live to Life has won the Silver Gilt Award at the show.
